Internship Opportunities at Play Blast Interactive, Supernova 2018. Sydney.
Play Blast Interactive Pty Ltd. Is a software and game development company. With games and apps released on android and three in production for Android, PC, Steam and Playstation. We are currently offering casual internships for Event Promotional Brand Ambassadors roles, in partnership with our friends at Greenwich Management College.
Although an unpaid position Play Blast Interactive will purchase your event tickets and will provide references for services provided. Successful applicants are not obligated to work all days and may chose to only assist a few hours per day. The opportunity would also suit an individual wanting to gain more experience in frontline Marketing and Event Promotions.
We are looking for reliable, energetic and tech-savvy people to promote our games, media apps to our customers and fanbase at Supernova 2018. You will be required to engage with customers and to speak to guests within the event venue.
Job Duties:

Engage and communicate with customers, answering questions about our products.
-
Provide game demonstrations.
-
Troubleshoot any issues on the spot, help with sales of merchandise and QA.

Have fun.
Requirements:

Great face-to-face customer service and communication skills
-
Ideally have an interest for technology or computer games.
-
Have a passion or career goals in marketing and communications.

Bonus points for previous experience in Booth/ Event Promotions/Brand Ambassador roles

Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet

A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team

The confidence to approach new people and strike a conversation
Supernova will be held on the 15th 16th and 17th of June, 2018, we are currently looking for two interns per day to work alongside our existing staff. Availability for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
